The Darts (US) are an explosive garage rock band hailing from Phoenix, Arizona. Formed in 2016. With a raw and energetic sound, The Darts evoke the spirit of 1960s garage rock, with influences from bands like The Sonics and The Seeds, but with a modern and fierce approach.

Visiteurs Modèles is a band from Avignon formed in 1982 by Fréderic BOISSON (Fred), Olivier BRES (olY), Serge LAFFONT & Philippe PATRY (PhYl). Quickly spotted as one of the most promising representatives of the French new wave/synthpop scene, the quartet was programmed at the Printemps de Bourges festival and played in legendary venues such as the Palace and the Locomotive in Paris. They are signed to the Polydor, Vogue and Mercury labels. The various singles are broadcast on Skyrock, Europe 1, etc., and during numerous TV appearances (Dechavanne, Alain Chabat, TV6...). The album LE GRAND DEPART -recorded in 1985 at ICP studios (Brussels), where the band follows in the hot footsteps of their heroes The Stranglers, The Cure and OMD- will be remastered and enhanced with rare bonuses for its CD release on OVERMARS Records in 2009. Having become a trio after the departure of PhYl, the group, renamed LUXY LUXY, signed to Mercury in 1995, releasing an eponymous album and 3 singles, including FACE A FACE, which received heavy airplay on M6.
Visiteurs Modèles est un groupe avignonnais formé en 1982 par Fréderic BOISSON (Fred), Olivier BRES (olY), Serge LAFFONT & Philippe PATRY (PhYl). Rapidement repéré comme l’un des plus prometteurs représentants de la scène new wave/synthpop française, le quatuor est programmé au Printemps de Bourges et joue dans des salles mythiques comme le Palace ou la Locomotive à Paris. Il signe sur les labels Polydor, Vogue et Mercury. Les différents singles seront diffusés sur les ondes de Skyrock, Europe 1 etc... et lors de nombreux passages TV (Dechavanne, Alain Chabat, TV6...). L’album LE GRAND DEPART -enregistré en 1985 aux studio ICP (Bruxelles) où le groupe marche dans les traces toutes chaudes de ses héros The Stranglers, The Cure ou OMD- sera remasterisé et agrémenté de rares bonus pour sa sortie en CD sur OVERMARS Records en 2009. Devenu trio après le départ de PhYl, le groupe rebaptisé LUXY LUXY signe en 1995 chez Mercury et sort un album éponyme et 3 singles dont FACE A FACE qui sera en fortes rotations sur M6.

MARQUIS
Marquis today Marquis (without “de Sade”) is a brand-new band contemplating 40 years of history. A diachrony worthy of Borges, validated by the age of its members: three baby-boomers and a millennial, all united in common cause on a first album that tastes of farewell and renewal. From the first Marquis era, we find Frank Darcel, guitarist, principal songwriter and producer. Thierry Alexandre and Éric Morinière, bassist and drummer respectively, flesh out the group as they did on Rue de Siam. As for Simon Mahieu, a young Fleming with a pedigree under construction, he succeeds in filling Philippe Pascal's absence, without erasing any trace of him. Neither a resurrection nor a tribute in the strict sense of the word, Aurora completes one cycle and inaugurates a new one. With this eminently symbolic title for a project that went through many tribulations before seeing the light of day...
Simon, Frank, Thierry and Éric, the four main players in Aurora, are joined on stage by Nicolas Boyer, a guitarist from Rennes who, among other things, worked with Bertrand Cantat in Detroit. Marquis, with 5 musicians, puts the guitars to the fore, at the service of a lively Simon Mahieu, equally at ease in English, French and Flemish. The rhythm section, which played on Marquis de Sade, provides this European band with the ideal foundation for their critically acclaimed album to finally find its way onto the stage.
Marquis aujourd’hui Marquis (sans « de Sade ») est un tout nouveau groupe que contemplent 40 ans d’histoire. Une diachronie digne de Borges que valide l’âge de ses membres : trois baby- boomers et un millennial faisant corps et cause commune sur un premier album au goût d’adieu et de renouveau. Du Marquis, première époque, on retrouve Frank Darcel, guitariste, principal auteur-compositeur et réalisateur. Thierry Alexandre et Éric Morinière, respectivement bassiste et batteur, charpentent l’ensemble comme au temps de Rue de Siam. Quant à Simon Mahieu, jeune flamand au pédigrée en construction, il réussit à combler l’absence de Philippe Pascal, sans en effacer la trace. Ainsi, ni manière de résurrection, ni hommage à proprement parlé, Aurora achève un cycle et en inaugure un nouveau. Avec ce titre éminemment symbolique pour un projet qui a connu maintes tribulations avant de voir le jour...
Simon, Frank, Thierry et Éric, les quatre acteurs principaux d’Aurora, sont rejoints sur scène par Nicolas Boyer, guitariste rennais qui a entre autres officié au sein de Detroit auprès de Bertrand Cantat. Marquis, à 5, met donc les guitares en avant, au service d’un Simon Mahieu habité et aussi à l’aise en anglais qu’en français ou en flamand. La section rythmique, qui officiait dans Marquis de Sade, assure à ce groupe européen l’assise idéale pour que l’album, salué par la critique, trouve enfin son prolongement sur scène.

AFTER DARK
After three years of concerts and over 70 dates (Geneva, Paris, Fribourg, Chambéry...), where After Dark were followed for their offbeat covers, the band recorded their debut album REASON AND FEAR.
Influenced by Garage Rock and Stoner, but not only, it also distills blues and Classic Rock influences.
Comprising Noël H (guitar), Guillaume Giazzi (bass), Florent Tissot (drums) and Aude Hamel (vocals), AFTER DARK deliver an energetic, raw live show.
Après trois ans de concerts et plus de 70 dates (Genève, Paris, Fribourg, Chambéry...) où After Dark étaient suivis pour ces covers décalées, le groupe enregistre son premier album REASON AND FEAR.
Aux influences Rock Garage et Stoner mais pas seulement, il distille aussi ses influences blues et Classic Rock.
Constitué de Noël H (Guitare), Guillaume Giazzi (Basse), Florent Tissot (Batterie) et Aude Hamel (Chant), AFTER DARK délivre sur scène un Live énergique et Brute.
RED RETAM
The Red Retam trio is typified by “Electronic Power Rock” (Influence: Nine Inch Nails, Aston Villa, Archive,...). With Red Retam live, you can hear their “Electro Rock” sound, a blend of guitar/bass/drums with the electronic machine world of keyboards and samplers, supporting their French-language lyrics, based on observations that touch them (turmoil, contradictions, current events...) On stage, you can see : Fred drummer-singer operating machines and drums Mick bouncing from guitar to bass. Fred swinging his keyboards in a three-dimensional sound space. With over a hundred performances to their credit at festivals, national stages, springboards, café-concert venues and clubs, Red Retam offers audiences a captivating concert.
Le trio Red Retam est typé "Power Rock électronique" (Influence : Nine Inch Nails, Aston Villa, Archive,…). Avec Red Retam en concert, on peut entendre leur son « Rock electro », mélange d’un bloc guitare/ basse/ batterie avec l’univers des machines électroniques des claviers et sampleurs, soutenant leurs textes francophones, basés sur des observations qui les touchent (la tourmente, les contradictions, l'actualité…) Sur scène, on peut voir : Fred batteur-chanteur exploitant machines et batteries Mick bondissant de la guitare à la basse. Fred balançant ses claviers dans un espace sonore tridimensionnel. Fort d’une centaine de prestations dans le cadre de festivals, scènes nationales, tremplins, café-concert, clubs, Red Retam propose au public, un concert captivant.
